How to order from Jammin' Jersey:

Call us at (818) 993-9969 to check on the items you're interested in. We buy and sell so much stuff our inventory changes every day, so naturally all merchandise is subject to prior sale. When you call, we'll confirm that the merchandise is still in stock and we will be happy to provide a complete description for you over the phone. You can call us, really—we're easy to talk to and we know our stuff!

(818) 993-9969 is the Jammin' Jersey Order & Information Hotline, and it's open for you during our retail store hours: from 12:00 noon to 7:00pm Pacific Time. (Time zone translation hint: that's the same as 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm Mon.–Sat., and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sun. Eastern Time)

We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Payment Info:

Minimum web order is $40.00.  Customer pays all shipping/handling costs.  All purchases must be paid in U.S. Dollars. We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. Personal checks may take up to 10 days to process. Sorry, no C.O.D.s.
Layaways accepted but are non-refundable. Call us for details.

California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide! We normally ship via UPS ground service, but we can make other shipping arrangements to suit your special needs. We pack things right, using heavy-duty boxes and packing materials, and we always insure shipments for the purchase price of the merchandise. In the unlikely event of a delivery claim, we will provide documentation and assistance to help you resolve the claim with the carrier.

48-hour return policy:

Jammin' Jersey wants you to be happy with your purchase from us! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to arrange a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the return in like condition, we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise. Please understand that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customer must pay return freight costs.

We take trade-ins!

Jammin' Jersey takes trade-ins! If you're short on cash, or tired of your old stuff, call us! You could trade a guitar for audio gear, or drums for speakers, or stomp boxes for a drum machine, etc. Call us for details.
